‘Poo Bum’ was our first one. You know, THAT first one which makes you move heaven and earth in search for other titles in the series. THE ONE you read for at least 48 times a day. Before bed time, after lunch, during potty training…On Sunday morning at 7 am, after nap, in the meanwhile of any other activity… THE ONE that is completely devastated, with greasy pages and ‘chewed’ cover. Take some problematic topic from your parenting experience and try to find some ‘helpers’ among this lovely illustrated short stories. You will find something for you undoubtedly. If your kids hates to go to school for some reason, if the bomb question drops – ‘how babies are made?’, if there will be soon a new baby in your family or you are in the middle of potty training war – fell free to put it in more funny and adventurous way even if sometimes it’s a hard nut to crack. My son loves Simon and all his stories, especially ‘Poo Bum’ (‘Cacca pupu’) and the one about the new baby brother recently arrived that makes the main character suspicious and worried about his future as an apple of his parents’ eyes ‘New Baby’ (Pappa molla). Adorable bunny and his humorous thoughts will have you in stitches. Great picture books with simple, very colourful illustrations make the hit on children. Recommended age 3+ and up.
