My kitchen fellows

As I’m completely conscious how may of you, moms, are worried daily about your kids’ diet I think you will appreciate  this short-lightening tip about the ‘kitchen magic’ makers.

In one of my previous articles I was talking about picky eaters and how to deal with aversion to certain foods, more in particular for vegetables and fruits.

Let me introduce to you the great Four-Sided Grater. The ‘analog’ version of electric multi-function blenders will serve you truly for many long years.

From my experience, if you first hide and observe if there is no allergic reaction after it and so on, it’s way better than to expose your kid ‘directly’ – for a pure psychological reason. Start to add one (and only one new ingredient) in one of your kid’s non problematic meal and observe, if there is no rush or other visible allergic symptoms. Can happen that there will be some ‘poop-trouble’ after first exposures. Give time to your kids little gut to process and ‘get familiar’ with the new content. Should improve quickly.

Have fun and may the patience (and the force) be with you!
